Job Summary
Adapter Manufacturing Level-1 role performing setup and operation of various automatic and manual machinery in a third-shift, Farmington, MO facility. Responsibilities include learning setup and operation of equipment, inspecting and monitoring work quality with precision measuring tools, working with close tolerances and multiple dimensions, ensuring oil and hydraulics are filled in tanks, maintaining 5S in the work cell, and completing required documentation. The role emphasizes attention to detail, ability to read tool drawings and technical information, teamwork, strong communication, and adherence to documented procedures.
