Job Summary
Provide advanced technical support for Cadence's Adams software product line, handling inquiries from basic to complex application issues. Deliver product training and live demos for customers, while creating knowledge content such as how-to articles, videos, and presentations. Engage with the user community and forums, and collaborate with sales, services, and R&D teams to share feedback and improve products. Meet or exceed KPIs for responsiveness and quality in customer support. This role focuses on mechanical systems, automotive, and controls domains, requiring strong communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Strong communication skills

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Adams simulation software or other MBD tool

- Experience with MATLAB, Python and/or C++
- Industry experience
