Job Summary
Diagnose agricultural equipment issues and perform necessary repairs under supervision. Maintain product knowledge for John Deere and competitive brands while completing required training and development. Prepare daily reports and forms, ensuring accurate information flow across company locations. Keep vehicles, inventory, tools, and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Operate diagnostic software and heavy equipment with a valid driving record. Maintain current mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system skills. Participate in ongoing product and service training. Required Qualifications
- Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools, and techniques used in the repair of agricultural equipment.
- Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to use standard computer software applications such as diagnostic software and internet functions.
- Good skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes.
- Good driving record and safety habits.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
