Job Summary
Under the direction of the RN or LPN, assists in individualized patient care to achieve the patient’s highest level of wellness; performs designated clinical procedures and non-clinical support tasks as part of a team. Full Time position at Mercy Hospital Ada (PCA, Med Surg 2 North), with Day Shift duties on three 12-hour shifts per week from 7am to 7pm. Clinical duties and supportive responsibilities include contributing to compassionate patient care and achieving group goals in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- CNA/CPTC (or enrolled in a healthcare career program)
- BLS certification within one month of hire
- PCA competencies within 3 months of hire
- experience not required (preferred EMT/Paramedic)
