Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in the ICU, maintaining professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care with other departments while ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are upheld. Perform duties consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and service standards. This role is a full-time night shift position at Mercy Hospital Ada, offering shift differentials, tuition reimbursement, and a Stay Premium Program based on years of service.
