Job Summary
Administer a full workload of ADA cases and associated leaves of absence for multiple clients, acting as the primary point of contact for employees regarding open services outside their specific cases. Confirm leave eligibility, review medical documentation, communicate with healthcare providers and HR teams, and draft letters regarding entitlement and the interactive discussion process. Engage in the interactive discussion process on behalf of clients, document proceedings, and coordinate with Claim Specialists to ensure timely and accurate adjudication of employee claims. Maintain high-quality employee files and initiate return-to-work accommodations while adhering to federal regulations. Work independently in a remote-first environment, available to back up multiple accounts and take on additional work with short notice.
