Ad Valorem Tax Associate Attorney in Houston, TX: join a Texas-licensed attorney team to handle litigation across ad valorem tax matters. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing pleadings, notices, and judgments; conducting legal research on chains of title and tax matters; preparing for dockets and representing clients in Harris and surrounding counties; collaborating with staff on collection and litigation activities; communicating with clients, taxpayers, and opposing counsel; and participating in business development and statewide conferences. Required: Texas State Bar admission, Doctorate, 0-2 years of legal experience preferred. Travel up to 25%, full-time, in-person work at our Houston office.
