Job Summary
Associate Director, Business Analytics (Remote) leads advanced analytics for oncology brand teams, delivering ROI and marketing mix analyses, patient and digital analytics, and segmentation to guide promotional strategies. Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, and BI teams, develops targets and segments aligned with business strategy, and communicates analytic insights to influence brand planning and resource allocation. Requires expertise in R/Python/SAS, SQL, and a strong statistical background, with experience in oncology/rare disease and digital/non-personal marketing analytics. Remote US-based role with potential relocation and comprehensive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in a quantitative field
- Seven (7) years of analytic experience with relevant data sources and analytical methodologies OR five (5) years with a Master’s degree and relevant experience
- Proficiency in R/Python and SAS and other data extraction/analytical tools such as SQL
- Experience in digital analytics (non-personal marketing tactics such as email, banner, mobile and alerts) and patient data analytics using claims data
- Strong statistical background with modeling experience
- Experience in oncology and/or rare disease
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate insights across functions
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal abilities
- Experience with marketing and sales analytics, brand planning, and promotional analytics
- Ability to develop analytical plans and communicate insights effectively
- Experience with data sources and analytical methodologies for marketing/brand analytics
