Job Summary
Ad Sales Marketing Manager, Mexico responsibilities include developing sales enablement and partner-facing materials, creating presentations and narratives for advertisers/agencies/partners in Mexico, localizing research and market insights into partner-ready programs, equipping the sales team with compelling materials, and leading cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between business priorities and local execution. You’ll own partner marketing strategy across key strategic partners in Mexico, develop and execute go-to-market plans, and identify co-marketing opportunities to drive visibility, engagement, and revenue. The role blends strategic thinking with tactical execution and requires strong storytelling, localization of data, and cross-functional collaboration across Ad Sales, Brand Marketing, Research, Product Marketing, Data, Creative, and Communications.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales marketing, partner marketing, or commercial marketing, ideally in media, advertising, ad tech, streaming, or technology
- Strong experience in the Mexico advertising market
- Direct experience working with strategic partners, alliances, co-marketing programs, or sales enablement initiatives
- Strong storytelling and presentation skills
- Experience developing go-to-market programs and marketing materials
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- A collaborative, hands-on mindset with willingness to operate strategically while also driving execution
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, evolving environment
