Job Summary
Intern Engineer in Ad Recommendation Algorithms to deeply understand overseas advertising business scenarios, identify opportunities for technical enhancement through data insights, optimize recommendation strategies and models to improve core metrics, and conduct research on cutting-edge recommendation technologies. Responsibilities include developing and optimizing overseas advertising recommendation algorithms with focus areas in Model & Algorithm (ranking estimation, recall, ultra-long sequences, multimodal models, multi-task learning, cross networks), Bidding Mechanism (cost attainment, volume scaling, cold-start with reinforcement learning and generative bidding), and Industry-Specific Algorithms (gaming/e-commerce). Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or above in a related field, solid programming skills (Python/C++/Go/Scala), strong ML/DL foundations and experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch, familiarity with Hadoop/Spark/Flink, and strong teamwork and communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Solid programming skills; proficient in Python, C++, Go, or Scala
- Strong theoretical foundation in machine learning/deep learning; proficient in TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Experience with big data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, or Flink
- Excellent logical thinking, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, proactive work attitude, high sense of responsibility, self-motivated, and commitment to continuous learning and teamwork
