Job Summary
AD Product Development role focusing on managing and evolving the E&S Liability product suite (General Liability and Excess Liability) for the Binding unit. Responsibilities include terms & conditions development, underwriting guidelines, form development & maintenance, pricing and rate management, market/competitive analysis, sales & marketing support, appetite expansion, mix and profitability analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Underwriting, Product Management, and other shared services. Requires leadership capabilities in product development and experience in Commercial Lines with liability products; strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and AI-assisted tools. Role supports hybrid or remote work with in-office presence three days a week for those near office locations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum: 4-year degree and 4 plus years of Commercial Lines experience.
- Preferred: Insurance designations; underwriting experience; 2 plus years of prior, relevant work experience including E&S or Small Business with liability product, pricing, and/or coverage.
