Job Summary
Process price changes, hang daily labels, and set Store Promotional Prices and monthly post-offs. Manage ad sales plans, conduct Automatic Replenishment System audits, and post signage. Face merchandise, stock shelves, and perform other duties assigned by management. Ensure all merchandise is signed, priced, clean, and neat while maintaining high customer service standards. This role supports the Store Team's goal of creating an excellent shopping experience at your local Bi-Mart, a Northwest-based, employee-owned company serving communities for over 70 years.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- The ability to perform ARS and ad audits; ensuring merchandise is properly accounted for in the system
- The ability to print and hang daily labels, keeping merchandise signed, priced, clean, and neat
- The capability to arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude
- The ability to set priorities and organize workload
- The talent to efficiently solve problems and offer solutions to customers
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- Schedule: As an employee-owned company, Bi-Mart stores are open 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday - Sunday
- Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeper, stocking, or retail experience
- Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons
