Job Summary
Process price changes, hang daily labels, and set Store Promotional Prices and monthly post-offs. Manage ad sales plans, conduct Automatic Replenishment System and ad audits, and post ad signage. Handle facing, stocking, and other duties assigned by management. Ensure merchandise is properly accounted for in the system while maintaining a clean, neat, and signed environment. Work Monday through Sunday with hours varying by workload. Join a community-based, employee-owned company serving Northwest families for over 70 years.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- The ability to perform ARS and ad audits; ensuring merchandise is properly accounted for in the system
- The ability to print and hang daily labels, keeping merchandise signed, priced, clean, and neat
- The capability to arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude
- The ability to set priorities and organize workload
- The talent to efficiently solve problems and offer solutions to customers
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- Schedule: As an employee-owned company, Bi-Mart stores are open 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday - Sunday
- Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeper, stocking, or retail experience
- Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons
