Job Summary
Process price changes, hang daily labels, and set Store Promotional Prices (SPPs) and monthly post-offs. Conduct Automatic Replenishment System (ARS) and ad audits to ensure merchandise is properly accounted for. Post ad signage, face items, and stock shelves, while solving problems and offering solutions to customers. Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer service throughout the day. This role supports the Store Team's goal of creating a high-level customer service experience at your local Bi-Mart, a Northwest family-owned company serving communities for over 70 years.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- The ability to perform ARS and ad audits; ensuring merchandise is properly accounted for in the system
- The ability to print and hang daily labels, keeping merchandise signed, priced, clean, and neat
- The capability to arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude
- The ability to set priorities and organize workload
- The talent to efficiently solve problems and offer solutions to customers
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- Previous bookkeeper, stocking, or retail experience
- Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons
