Job Summary
Process price changes, hang daily labels, and set Store Promotional Prices and monthly post-offs. Conduct Automatic Replenishment System and ad audits to ensure merchandise is properly accounted for. Post ad signage, face displays, and manage stocking duties assigned by management. Maintain clean, neat, and signed merchandise while solving problems and offering solutions to customers. This role supports the Store Team's goal of delivering a high level of customer service and friendliness. Bi-Mart, a Northwest-based employee-owned company with over 70 years of history, offers a great work environment and strong community involvement.
Required Qualifications
- The ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- The ability to perform ARS and ad audits; ensuring merchandise is properly accounted for in the system
- The ability to print and hang daily labels, keeping merchandise signed, priced, clean, and neat
- The capability to arrive on time with a positive and friendly attitude
- The ability to set priorities and organize workload
- The talent to efficiently solve problems and offer solutions to customers
- The ability to provide excellent customer service
- Schedule: As an employee-owned company, Bi-Mart stores are open 9:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday - Friday and 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday - Sunday
- Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment
Desired Qualifications
- Previous bookkeeper, stocking, or retail experience
- Prior experience at retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons
