Job Summary
Formulate annual strategy and roadmaps for the group's advertising platform, leading a small team to drive implementation across e-commerce, finance, and telecommunications businesses. Oversee large-scale projects involving data management, tracking, and creative asset workflows, while coordinating risk management and stakeholder alignment with headquarters and external partners. Propose product improvements based on market trends and on-site needs, and create horizontal success stories to scale platform adoption throughout the organization. Manage team productivity through goal setting and development, acting as a strategic partner to solve business issues for group leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Product planning experience in the IT/Internet industry (over 5 years)
- Experience in managing teams and projects (over 3 years)
- Deep insights into the advertising and marketing business and high sensitivity to the latest trends
- Experience in managing large-scale business transformation projects or projects that cross multiple divisions
- Experience in identifying and solving problems based on data analysis
- English Requirement: Yes
- English (Overall - 3 - Advanced)
- Japanese (Overall - 4 - Fluent)

- Customer Success Experience in IT/Internet Industry (5+ years)
- Business Sales Experience in IT/Internet Industry (5+ years)
