Job Summary
Answer sensitive customer questions via email by troubleshooting ad loading issues and analyzing performance data using BI tools and Google Analytics. Advise creators on best practices by understanding internal strategies and processes thoroughly. Collaborate with a distributed team using Slack, G Suite, Zoom, and Zendesk to resolve technical problems and support revenue operations. Manage high-volume tasks with attention to detail while communicating clearly to confused or frustrated users.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to gracefully communicate via email with customers who are confused or frustrated
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivation and time management skills
- Data analysis experience OR a recent STEM grad
- Comfort with using WordPress, and reading & writing HTML & CSS
- Proven track record of high productivity
- Experience organizing and managing a large amount of tasks at once
- Excel at working by yourself and working through your list of tasks
