Job Summary
Programmatic Ad Operations Specialist responsible for trafficking campaigns, pixel implementation, QA of assets, and end-to-end management across Native, Display, Video, Connected TV, Audio, and Digital Out-of-Home channels. Collaborates with Client Services to meet deliverables, supports in-platform trading activities (budget adjustments, pacing, troubleshooting), monitors live campaigns to identify optimization opportunities, and provides post-campaign performance analysis and actionable recommendations. Requires Real Time Bidding/programmatic experience and familiarity with AI/automation tools for reporting and optimization, with exposure to DV360, Meta, or Amazon considered a plus. Remote-first role open to candidates in Central/Eastern/Atlantic Canada, with priority for Ontario. Strong Excel/PowerPoint/Word and Google Workspace skills, plus the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear communications and stay ahead of digital advertising trends.
Required Qualifications
- Real Time Bidding/Programmatic experience (DSP, Ad Network)
- Experience with DV360, Meta, or Amazon is a plus
- Pixel-based data-capturing systems experience
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace
- Ability to understand digital advertising sales landscape and trends
- Strong communication and ability to translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Experience in fast-paced environment
