Job Summary
Ad Operations Executive responsible for flawless execution, monitoring, and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns across SABC platforms and external partners, including programmatic and direct-sold inventory. Duties include campaign trafficking and QA (validating creatives, tags, URLs, placements), monitoring pacing and delivery, troubleshooting trafficking issues, supporting programmatic deal setups, inventory forecasting, yield optimisation, and ensuring governance, reporting, and compliance across direct and partner channels. Collaboration with SSPs and partner teams; staying updated on ad tech trends; documenting best practices and contributing to internal SOPs. Requires hands-on experience with ad servers (Castoola, Google Ad Manager, Freewheel, Xandr) and SSPs (Magnite, Adform, Castoola), familiarity with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk), and a proven track record in troubleshooting, reporting, and multi-system coordination.
Required Qualifications
- NQF 6-7 degree/diploma in Marketing, Media, Digital Business, or equivalent.
