Job Summary
Associate Director of Market Access Strategy to develop and execute value strategies for ATTR gene therapies, craft clear stakeholder communications, lead launch readiness initiatives, and shape pricing and reimbursement plans across US and global markets. Responsibilities include creating and refining market access narratives, collaborating with HEOR, medical affairs, marketing, and regulatory teams, supporting payer engagement, site readiness, and cross-functional launch activities, and developing evidence enhancements to bolster product positioning for payers, providers, and patients. Requires advanced degree (MBA, PharmD, PhD, MD) or equivalent and 5+ years in biopharma with 3+ years in market access; strong analytical, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
