Job Summary
Support the Market Access Engagement team by coordinating and managing field-driven programs and events; monitor business performance and develop reporting mechanisms to communicate Field Force performance; ensure TA initiatives, resources/training, and target lists are aligned with Market Access strategy; facilitate quarterly business reviews with Market Access Leadership; collaborate with channel leadership, IDS, and market access strategy to design and track field-driven programs; create and manage processes to streamline workflow and adapt to changing plans; assist in coordination of Field Force tactical execution, training requirements, and Market Access meetings including Launch Meetings and Business Review Meetings; requires strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with the ability to travel domestically and internationally as defined by the hiring manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum five years of pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or healthcare consulting industry experience including at least 2 cross-functional roles
- 2+ years leading complex projects
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
- Excellent business acumen and stakeholder collaboration
- Ability to self-start and handle ambiguity
- Experience in coordinating field-force initiatives and meetings
