AD - Linguist - CAT III - Arabic - Modern Standard - FGGA

Conduct transcription, translation, and interpretation of non-technical material between English and SCRL languages to support military interrogations, intelligence collection, and operational missions. Provide cultural and ethnic context for translations and interpretations, offering expert linguistic opinions on the intent of terms with multiple valid interpretations. Perform document exploitation, scanning, research, and analysis of foreign language documents and intercepted data to extract information meeting military requirements, supplementing outputs with knowledge in medicine, science, engineering, or legal fields. Requires US citizenship, ILR level 3 proficiency in Arabic and English, minimum two years of translation experience, and in-depth geopolitical knowledge.
