ACV Product Support Manager (LMI Data)

Job Summary

Manage ACV Life Cycle Sustainment Planning and Documentation Oversight by controlling program support records, establishing logistics documentation, and entering Logistics Management Information into authoritative databases. Conduct Supportability Analysis and Compliance Review to optimize sustainment strategies and assess OEM deliverables for adherence to DoD statutes. Lead planning for maintenance concepts, define spare parts baselines, and execute provisioning strategies including parts acquisition and inventory management. Participate in System Engineering Technical Reviews, Working Integrated Product Team meetings, and Life Cycle sustainment reviews while analyzing Test Incident Reports to recommend supply chain changes. This role supports the Program Manager Advanced Amphibious Assault (PM AAA) and requires flexibility between office and warehouse environments. Candidates must possess deep expertise in DoD acquisition life cycles, proficiency with logistics systems like GCSS-MC and COMPASS, and experience supporting USMC acquisition programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Business, Engineering or equitable military experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in defense logistics
  • At least 2 years supporting USMC or DoD acquisition programs
  • Active Secret Clearance preferred
  • Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required
  • Deep understanding of DoD acquisition life cycle and logistics policies
  • Proficiency in logistics databases and tools such as Power Log-J, COMPASS, WEBFLIS, ASSIST, CATALYST and SLICwave
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with twelve logistics elements
  • Working knowledge of GCSS-MC, including conducting supply transactions and managing kitting activities in support of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
  • Proficiency in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) transactions, including Wide Area Workflow (WAWF), property transfers, and government property acceptance
  • Prior experience supporting PM AAA, Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), or United States Marine Corps (USMC) acquisition programs
  • Deep expertise in logistics planning and sustainment for ACV and Assault Amphibious Vehicle AAV7A1 platforms
  • Proficiency with USMC logistics systems: GCSS-MC, Total Force Structure Management System (TFSMS), and Logistics Data Analysis Reporting Tool (L-DART)
  • Strong knowledge of DoD product support elements and Integrated Product Support (IPS) strategy development
  • Proven ability to create and maintain Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) artifacts (Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs), Maintenance Plans, Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) records)
  • Hands-on experience with Configuration Management systems (e.g., CMPro, Windchill)
  • Experience supporting ILAs and milestone reviews (e.g., Milestone C, Full Rate Production (FRP))
  • Skilled in Excel-based logistics analytics and sustainment reporting
  • Excellent communication skills for senior-level briefings and stakeholder coordination
  • Active participation in logistics engineering activities (SETRs, WIPTs, supportability analyses)
  • Experience developing and maintaining technical logistics documentation (SEPs, CMPs, IMPs, IMSs, Environmental, Safety & Health documents)
  • Ability to review contractor-submitted program documents for compliance and adequacy
  • This position requires the flexibility to work in both office and warehouse environments
  • Candidates must be able to perform assigned duties while exposed to varying environmental conditions, including heat and cold
  • The employee may occasionally lift or move items up to 30 pounds
  • Vision abilities required include close and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses
