Acute Wound Healing Specialist (New Hampshire/ Vermont)

Job Summary

Consult with clinicians on safe and effective use of Solventum products, routinely attend procedures and placements in the hospital care setting, and deliver sustainable business growth based on sales targets through account and territory management. Identify and solve customer financial and clinical priorities, educate clinicians on product usage including inservicing, and build relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders. Use clinical and economic evidence to advocate for therapy adoption, persuade stakeholders to propose solutions, and provide customer support and service. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and symposiums while leveraging CRM software for pipeline management. This field-based role requires a personal vehicle, up to 20% overnight travel, and completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record review.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • 2 years of sales and/or clinical experience
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4 years of sales and/or clinical experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Current, valid Driver's License
  • Personal vehicle for company business
  • Participation in Solventum's Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program
  • Successful completion of a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review
  • Ongoing eligibility for MVR review
  • Compliance with Solventum's driver policy
  • Compliance with insurance requirements
  • Annual policy sign-off
  • Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history
  • Possession of certain licenses, vaccinations, and/or other credentials or qualifications for regulatory, safety, or other business reasons (prerequisites to entry)

Desired Qualifications

  • Proven track record of sales quota & target attainment
  • Prior wound care or medical device sales experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in establishing strong customer relationships with key influencers (i.e. surgeons)
  • Proven experience in territory management & business planning
  • Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas
  • Customer focused selling and closing
  • Experience navigating complex selling cycles
  • Completion of a formal sales training program
  • Experience using a CRM (i.e. Salesforce)
  • Experience navigating new product introductions and the value analysis process
  • Outstanding data and analytical skills
