Job Summary

Provide direct supervision to peer staff, oversee daily operations of crisis programs, and coordinate mobile crisis response services. Ensure peer staff maintain certifications, complete ongoing training, and address performance concerns while managing incident reports. Develop relationships with referral sources including hospitals, first responders, and schools; represent the organization at community meetings and events. Manage client grievances, monitor negative feedback, and implement process improvements to ensure quality service delivery. Maintain accurate documentation, assist with staffing coordination, and support recruitment and onboarding of peer staff.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a Human Services related field
  • Knowledge of crisis intervention, behavioral health systems, and peer support models
  • BHA onboarding requirements
  • Peer Supervisor training within 90 days of start
  • Crisis professional curriculum
