Job Summary
Provide acute neurological patient care as an RN at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital, Spokane, WA. Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and Washington RN license with BLS, NIH Stroke Scale training within 90 days of hire, ACLS within 90 days of hire, and approximately 1 year of acute care experience or completion of the facility's specialty residency. Deliver world-class health care with patient-focused, compassionate care in a team-driven environment; responsibilities include high-level nursing assessments, care planning, medication administration, and ensuring patient safety aligned with stroke/neurology care standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- NIH Stroke Scale Certificate within 90 days of hire
- ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 1 year - Acute care experience with patient population similar to department of hire or completion of specialty residency located at the facility
