Job Summary
Deliver acute neurology care at Sacred Heart Medical Center-Spokane, applying specialized training to support patient-focused, whole-person care. Maintain Washington Registered Nurse licensure and complete required certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale training within 90 days. Provide one year of acute care experience with similar patient populations or complete the specialty residency located at the facility. Work full-time across multiple shifts in an on-site environment as part of Providence's team of caregivers serving diverse communities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 1 year - Acute care experience with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at the facility
