Job Summary
Conduct acute neurology patient care at Sacred Heart Medical Center-Spokane, delivering whole-person care aligned with the mission of caring for vulnerable communities. Maintain Washington Registered Nurse licensure and complete required certifications including BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale training within 90 days. Leverage one year of acute care experience with similar patient populations to manage daily clinical responsibilities. Work full-time across multiple shifts in an on-site environment within Providence's family of organizations serving over 50 hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association within 90 days of hire
- 1 year - Acute care experience with the patient population similar to department of hire or completion of the specialty residency located at the facility
