Job Summary
Clinically manage and provide general oversight of NET Lehigh Recovery Centers' 38-bed multi-level of care residential facility and NET Access Point assessment facility. Enact performance improvement plans to continuously improve program outcomes and provide individual and group clinical supervision to on-site counseling staff. Support clinical staff in delivering evidence-based treatment for individuals in treatment while ensuring appropriate hiring, credentialing, and training. Ensure the program is ready for routine and emergent reviews by federal, state, and local licensing agencies. Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at an intermediate to advanced level while demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills. Be on call as assigned by the program director and collaborate in a shared leadership environment to promote the mission and values of NET Centers. Work within the confines of the Division and Agency offices, with travel to other sites, meetings, and workshops as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college with a focus in psychology, social work, counseling, nursing, public administration, or other related field
- 5 years of experience working within a substance use or trauma recovery setting
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel at the intermediate to advanced level
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Be on call as assigned by the program director
- Must be a team player, patient, flexible, and have the ability to multi-task
- Advanced oral and written communication skills in order to effectively solve problem
- Demonstrated ability to complete multiple tasks in a timely and accurate fashion in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment and motivate others to promote the mission, vision, and values of NET Centers
