Acute Medicine Pulmonary Registered Nurse - Part Time - Days

Acute Medicine Pulmonary Registered Nurse on a part-time day shift (12-hour shifts from 7a to 7p) at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Role involves direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation within established nursing standards; promotes patient- and family-centered care and educates patients and families on illness/injury management and post-treatment home care. Participates in safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; develops and documents individual care plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team and patient/family; assesses patient preferences and barriers to care, and communicates plans across the continuum of care. Roles includes BSN differential and weekend shift differential; hospital is Magnet-designated; minimum education is Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree with RN licensure; preferred Bachelor’s degree; 0+ years experience required, with advanced consideration for candidates with <2 years experience.
