Acute Medicine Clinical Nurse - PT Nights

Part-time Nights Acute Care Medicine RN providing direct patient care on 12-hour shifts in a Magnet-designated acute care unit. Responsibilities include assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care within standards; communicates with multidisciplinary team to develop and document individualized plans of care; emphasizes patient- and family-centered care, patient safety, quality and regulatory compliance; supports professional development and care coordination across the continuum. Must hold RN licensure and have Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred.
