Acute Medicine Clinical Nurse - Part Time Days

Provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within the standards of nursing care. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates patients and families on illness management and post-treatment needs, and supports medication administration. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and collaborates with the interprofessional team to develop, implement, and document individualized care plans with defined goals. Assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, identifies barriers to involvement in care, and communicates the plan across the continuum of care. This is a safety-sensitive RN role in Acute Care Medicine, with opportunities for career ladder advancement.
