Acute Medicine Clinical Nurse - FT NIGHTS

Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care for acute medicine patients with complex conditions including blood dyscrasias, endocrine pathology, heart failure, renal failure, and infectious diseases. Promote patient and family-centered care by educating patients on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration. Develop and document individual plans of care in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Participate in activities promoting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while maintaining a constant state of alertness as a safety-sensitive position.
