Acute Medicine Clinical Nurse - FT Days

Acute Care Medicine RN provides direct patient care on a 38-bed unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Collaborates with an interprofessional team to educate patients and families, promote patient safety, and ensure quality, regulatory compliance, and continuity of care. This safety-sensitive role participates in the BJC RN Career Ladder and professional development to advance nursing practice. The unit is part of Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center in St. Louis, MO, with Magnet Hospital certification and strong emphasis on advancing nurses’ careers and providing comprehensive benefits.
