Acute Internal Medicine Registered Nurse - Nights

Deliver high-quality care to patients with acute medical conditions, including blood dyscrasias, heart and renal failure, and infectious diseases, by assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their needs. Educate patients and families on illness management, post-treatment home care, and medication administration while promoting patient safety and regulatory compliance. Develop and document individual plans of care with defined goals in collaboration with the interprofessional team, ensuring communication across the continuum of care. Work 12-hour night shifts from 7pm to 7am in a Magnet-certified hospital environment.
