Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit Clinical Associate -- Night Shift

Direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse on the Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit during the Night Shift. Provides basic physical care, assists with activities of daily living, safely transports patients and specimens, performs routine glucose monitoring, phlebotomy (where permitted), and records vital signs. Supports rehabilitation activities (range of motion, ambulation) and communicates patient concerns to the RN. Maintains a safe, clean environment, uses Safe Patient Handling equipment, and assists with unit operations and patient flow. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and certification in Basic Life Support or HeartSaver First Aid within 30 days of hire. 36 weekly hours, Night shift at WVUH in Morgantown, WV.
