Job Summary
Acute inpatient RN for dialysis program in Forsyth/Kidney Care setting. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation, and collaboration with RNs, LVN/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians; document data in medical records; educate patients and families; coordinate with physicians and dialysis providers; administer medications and respond to adverse events; participate in staff training, facility liaison, and on-call rotations. Requires nursing degree from an accredited school, current state RN licensure, CPR/BLS certification, and 9+ months RN experience with 6 months dialysis experience preferred; travel to training/locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Current appropriate state licensure
- Current or successful completion of CPR BLS Certification
- Minimum 9 months experience as a RN
- 6 months acute dialysis experience (preferred)
- Hemodialysis and/or ICU experience (preferred)
