Job Summary
Acute Dialysis Services Program Manager with RN licensure responsible for overseeing inpatient dialysis-related services across contracted facilities. Leads staffing coordination, staffing utilization, budgeting and cost controls, staff coaching and development, and compliance with hospital regulations and accreditation surveys. Oversees ACES data, QAI information, and coordination with facility representatives; ensures effective patient scheduling, safety, and quality of care; may perform dialysis treatments during high census or staffing shortages; collaborates with Technical Program Manager/Operations Manager to ensure preventative maintenance, infection control, and timely documentation and billing; travel between assigned facilities and regional meetings as needed; requires nursing degree and state licensure.
Required Qualifications
- RN license (Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing)
- 3-5 years related experience
- 3+ years supervisory or project/program management experience
