Job Summary
Repairs, calibrates, and maintains dialysis delivery equipment and reverse osmosis water treatment systems at acute hospital services locations to ensure proper function and safety. Orders parts and manages inventory for all dialysis equipment while following DCI procedures. Performs routine maintenance, air quality testing, and documents all repairs and maintenance according to policy. Adheres to AAMI standards for water safety, hazardous chemical use, medical waste disposal, and infection control protocols. Participates in clinic quality improvement activities and risk management programs. Requires minimum three to six months experience maintaining dialysis equipment and servicing reverse osmosis systems, plus successful completion of assigned manufacturer training courses within 12 months. Full-time, five 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday.
