Job Summary
Provide implementation, education, and training on Vantive's Renal product portfolio, including CRRT and TPE, while conducting on-site customer training and scientific presentations. Deliver therapy, technical, and operation consultation to hospitals and contract services during post-implementation phases. Document written solutions to recurring problems and collaborate with sales and cross-functional partners to prioritize account education and drive business results. Maintain strong relationships with doctors and nurses, analyze progress, manage budgets, and submit weekly calendar updates and required reports. Requires RN license, 3+ years of Critical Care or CRRT experience, 70-80% travel, and valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- RN license
- Bachelor's degree
- MSN
- Must reside in the Austin, San Antonio, and/or Houston, TX area
- Minimum of three years Critical Care or CRRT experience
- PrisMAX, Prismaflex, or other CRRT experience
- ICU or Dialysis nursing background
- Strong, proven expertise in product and therapy knowledge
- Must have valid driver's license
- Acceptable driving record
- Must be able to push CRRT equipment, which is on wheels, from one location to another
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs in solutions and accessories
- Must be able to drive for extended distances
- Must be able to fly for extended timeframes
- Considerable travel 60% - 80%
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
- MSN preferred
- PrisMAX, Prismaflex, or other CRRT experience preferred
