Acute Care Technician - Float Pool - Infusion

Acute Care Technician II – Infusion – Float Pool travels to 8 infusion centers (Arrow Springs, Anderson, Butler, Good Samaritan Hospital, Kenwood, Oxford, Thomas Center, & Western Ridge) to provide staffing. Under the direct supervision of the nurse, this role provides assistance with basic activities of daily living and specified treatments, and may perform non-direct patient care tasks and clerical duties. Responsibilities include effective communication with patients, families, and the care team; maintaining patient flow; documenting observations and tasks; handling calls and messages; ensuring safety and infection-control compliance; maintaining medical records and equipment, and supporting unit operations. Must have interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a high-energy healthcare environment; perform duties under RN supervision and adhere to TriHealth SERVE standards and ALWAYS behaviors.
