Acute Care RN - Surgical Critical - FT - Night

Critical care-focused RN role providing direct care to acutely and chronically ill patients in a Surgical Critical Care setting. Responsible for data collection, assessment, and development of collaborative plans of care with an interprofessional team, utilizing invasive and noninvasive monitoring technologies. Applies theory and evidence-based practices to promote safe, ethical, and high-quality patient outcomes; mentors nurses and supports ongoing professional development; fosters a caring environment aligned with nursing theory and Stormont Vail Health practices. Role operates on a full-time night schedule in Topeka, Kansas, with on-site patient-facing duties and adherence to remote-work guidelines as applicable to the department.
