Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans using the nursing process to safely and therapeutically manage acute care patients. Utilize diverse information sources to identify outcomes and ensure efficient therapeutic interventions. Maintain onsite daily presence at Covenant Hosp Plainview, reporting to schedule while remaining flexible for weekend and holiday coverage based on departmental needs. Requires Texas RN licensure, BLS certification, and one year of RN experience, with NIH Stroke Scale training completed within 90 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Texas Registered Nurse License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course
- 1 year of RN experience
- Onsite position
- Located within a commutable distance of our office location
- Available to work weekends and holidays
