Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct direct patient care for neurology patients by performing the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds and case reviews to ensure safe, quality care while documenting progress and promoting a respectful clinical environment. Partner with patients and families to set goals and provide bedside teaching, adapting service delivery to reflect cultural diversity and population-specific needs. Uphold Wellstar policies, evidence-based practice standards, and TJC Patient Safety Goals while participating in performance improvement initiatives and shared governance activities. Mentor new staff and students to support workforce development.
