Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Conduct the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, culturally diverse care while partnering with patients and families on goals and teaching. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, documentation, and case reviews to ensure safe, quality patient outcomes. Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance activities. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to support the nursing workforce. Complete all mandatory education, competency assessments, and BLS certification. Uphold Wellstar policies, TJC safety goals, and the Georgia Nurse Practice Act.
