Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients across the care continuum. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while coordinating interdisciplinary rounds and documentation to ensure safe, quality outcomes. Partner with patients and families to set goals and deliver appropriate teaching. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and participate in performance improvement activities and shared governance initiatives. Uphold Wellstar policies, evidence-based practice standards, and legal regulatory requirements.
