Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients using evidence-based practice. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while partnering with families for bedside shift reports, interdisciplinary rounds, and just-in-time teaching. Coordinate safe quality care through diverse interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and case reviews within a shared governance model. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor to other nurses, and participate in performance improvement initiatives and research utilization. Uphold legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards including TJC Patient Safety Goals while proactively planning care across the continuum.
