Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process using evidence-based practice, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for individualized patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and timely documentation while partnering with patients and families to set goals and provide bedside teaching. Mentor preceptors and staff to support workforce development and model professional standards. Participate in performance improvement activities, research utilization, and protocol development to enhance safety outcomes. Adhere to Wellstar policies, the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, and American Nurses Association standards. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments.
