Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the Nursing Process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation while coordinating care through interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reports. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population characteristics and cultural diversity, ensuring timely documentation and safe quality outcomes. Partner with patients and families to set goals, participate in evidence-based practice initiatives, and support performance improvement activities. Mentor staff and students to build a qualified workforce while upholding Wellstar policies, the Georgia Nurse Practice Act, and TJC safety standards.
