Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro - Full-Time Night Shift

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for neuro patients while coordinating interdisciplinary rounds and bedside shift reports. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population-specific characteristics and cultural diversity, ensuring documentation is timely and accurate. Partner with families to set care goals and participate in evidence-based practice activities, protocol development, and performance improvement initiatives. Complete mandatory education, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and uphold Wellstar's shared governance model and professional standards.
